What a terrible place. I made a reservation through booking.com. When we got there they told me that the reservation had failed. They just gave us another room and we paid for it with no problem. Come to find out that I was charged for the room when I initially booked it. I called to talk to someone about it. They said they were going to get with booking.com and get back with me. Its been over 2 weeks now and nobody ever called me back.
